Orange Food Grade Side Clips Skirt Rubber Board

BAI-OTT ZJ-SK polyurethane skirting adopts high-temperature-resistant characteristics, which can effectively withstand temperatures up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit while possessing excellent abrasion resistance coefficients. The High Temp Double Seal Skirting Rubber is mainly used for sealing between conveyor belt and guide chute and between buffer bed and guide chute. After years of on-site working condition investigation, BAI-OTT rubber has organized scientific research forces, gathered contemporary rubber technology and excellent product engineering design, and developed the latest installation convenience in the world, thus the conveyor skirt rubber board with multi protection system is integrated. The conveyor skirt rubber board is made of polyurethane and natural rubber, and the part in contact with the belt is polyurethane. It adopts the double-layer sealing integrated structure of straight plate and skirt edge. The straight plate is close to the side of the guide groove, and the bottom is in contact with the belt to prevent material overflow. The skirt sealing part of the skirt adopts unilateral arc transition. When the belt deviates, it will not hurt the belt and skirt, and can automatically restore to the original state.

*The overall anti overflow skirt adopts the double sealing structure of straight plate and skirt, with excellent sealing effect.

*Straight plate: its function is to block large particle materials. At the bottom of the straight plate, the part in contact with the belt is "herringbone" polyurethane, which has large volume and longer wear time.

*Skirt head: it is used to prevent dust overflow and is the most severely worn part. By adding special formula high-pressure casting polyurethane, the service life of anti overflow skirt is greatly improved. After actual use on site, the service life of anti overflow skirt is ≥ 1 year when the belt speed is 3.5m /'s.

*The ear section of skirt adopts natural rubber with good elasticity. By the action of this elastic force, the skirt head exerts appropriate pressure on the belt to keep the skirt head close to the belt all the time, so as to ensure that the dust does not overflow.

*The inner side of the skirt head adopts unilateral arc transition. When the belt deviates, it will not hurt the head of the belt and skirt. When the belt returns to normal, the skirt head will automatically return to its original state.

*The overall material has good elasticity, low temperature resistance and no cracking.

* It has flame retardant and antistatic characteristics and is safer to use.

*The skirt at each side of the guide chute shall be made into a whole as required, which shall be the same length as the guide chute to prevent air leakage at the joint.
