Hot vulcanizing solution is specially used for conveyor belt splicing joint. It's widely used in national energy and power plant. Hot vulcanzing solution can enhance the bonding strength of the splicing joint observably. Unlike the cold vulcanization repair of the conveyor belts,the hot vulcanization bonding material requires the cooperation of a vulcanizing machine to show its efficacy. In addition ,hot vulcanization is more suitable for repairing conveyor belt joints.For Hot vulcanizing Splicing SA8000 of rubber conveyor belt,steel cord conveyor belt, nylon conveyor belt.
Description:
The non-flammable hot vulcanising adhesive SA8000 is used for hot vulcanising seamless joints required for steel cord conveyor belts in conveyor systems as well as for canvas belts, with excellent bond strength and tear strength. The cement is designed to strengthen the bonding strength between uncured rubber compound and the original steel wires or fabric layers.

Tips:
1. After the steel cord conveyor belt is peeled off and arranged,The angle grinder with tungsten carbide buffing disc is used for roundabout grinding of each layered part.
2. Use cleaning solvent to clean up the layered part after grinding, and apply the hot vulcanizing solution SA8000 evenly to the grinding part.
3. Spreading the uncured tie gum on each layered part of the hot vulcanizing solution, and sticking the uncured cover gum on the sealing part of the joint.

1、How long will your rubber sheets last?
Each conveyor system transports different materials, so the friction coefficient generated can not be determined, you can tell me your requirements and transport materials, we help you to develop a solution.
