This is BAI-OTT ZJ-HTY-PE belt cleaner. Blade is hard alloy with tidy cutting. Supporting H part is steel material. There is a rubber buffer base on the junction part of the basic tube and H support.

Tensioner is spring which better to touch the belt surfaces.
