Wear-resistant ceramic particle glue is a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant polymer ceramic material obtained by compounding high-performance wear-resistant ceramic particles with modified toughening resin. It is widely used for the repair of various wear parts and for preparing wear-resistant and anti-corrosion coatings on the surfaces of various machine parts with wear and corrosion resistance requirements.
Application Scope:
Used for large-scale repair and pre-protection of fine particle wear equipment under general load, such as large slurry pumps, impellers, housings, hoppers, etc.
Usage Method:
1. Surface Treatment: Grind or sandblast to remove dust, oil stains, and rust from the surface of the adhered object, and can be cleaned with a cleaning agent.
2. Glue Mixing: Mix the two components evenly according to the ratio, ensuring consistent color.
3. Glue Application: Evenly apply the prepared coating glue to the surface of the protected object to achieve a certain thickness.
4. Curing: Cure at room temperature for 24 hours or heat to 80°C and maintain for 2 hours for curing.
Precautions:
1. When the temperature is below 15°C, appropriate heating measures should be taken; otherwise, the curing time should be extended.
2. When the ambient temperature is high or the amount of mixed glue is large, the operating time will be shortened.
Packaging and Storage:
1. Packaging Specification: 10kg/set, 20kg/box.
2. This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and sealed environment, with a shelf life of 2 years; transport as a non-hazardous material.
3. This product is non-hazardous, but should not be ingested or come into contact with eyes, and avoid prolonged direct contact with the body.
