The conveyor belt cleaner scraper reduces material backflow in the conveyor.

　　At a coal mine factory in Shanxi, it was found that materials frequently flowed back into the belt. This transportation system transported hundreds of tons of coal slag, which moved from the mine to the coal storage warehouse on a 48-inch wide (1200mm) conveyor belt at a speed of 1.6m/s. Although the outdoor part of the conveyor belt is covered, it is still exposed to extreme environments. Materials stick to the return side of the conveyor belt, accumulating around the main machine, causing the rollers to become sticky, necessitating downtime for maintenance and cleaning, which increases operating costs.

　　Tianlihe engineers presented the new model of the belt cleaner system to the coal mine managers, "Polyurethane Head Constant Pressure Cleaner ZJCLEAN-PU and Secondary Tungsten Steel Cleaner ZJCLEAN-HA." Technicians only need to install and secure the cleaner according to the instructions on the conveyor frame. The cleaner's blade closely adheres to the conveyor belt, maintaining a certain pressure to achieve a cleaning effect. It is suitable for belt speeds of 8m/s for vulcanized joints and 4m/s for mechanical joints, with the cleaner gently sliding over the joint area, safely and effectively removing materials and reducing residue.

　　After installing the ZJCLEAN-PU and ZJCLEAN-HA cleaners on the conveyor system and seeing immediate results, the operator quickly installed cleaners on three other conveyor belts and ordered eight sets of replaceable blades.
