Conveyor belt repair strips can be used to make emergency repairs to partial scratches and damages of conveyor belts under adverse material transport conditions. After repairing, the working strength is quickly reached, with the characteristics of simple and flexible operation, and quick start-up after repairing.
There are two types of repair strips and patches to choose from, namely "standard" and "reinforced". Standard patches do not contain a fabric fibre layer on the surface, while reinforced patches are reinforced with a layer of fabric fibre, which improves abrasion resistance and flexibility and prevents secondary damage to the patched surface. The backside of the repair strip has a half vulcanised layer, which can react with the cold vulcanising glue SA3000 to enhance the bonding strength between the repair strip and the repaired part of the conveyor belt, thus achieving a perfect repair of the damaged part of the conveyor belt.

The repair patch is used to repair conveyor belt locally. It has the advantage of fast repair, which save your time quickly. Besides, it can bring the belt to work in a short time to meet your needs. We have two kinds: with the fabric strengthen layer and without fabric strengthen layer. You can choose them according to your requirements.

Each conveyor system transports different materials, so the friction coefficient generated can not be determined, you can tell me your requirements and transport materials, we help you to develop a solution.
2、How can I get some samples?
We will finish the samples within 3 days after you confirm our quotation and send us the sample fee. You can ask the courier company to pick up the samples from our company, or you can send us the collect account number of DHL, FedEx or UPS, we can send the samples to you through your account.
