Noodle tie gum is specially designed for the joints of vulcanized steel cord belts and high-temperature resistant vulcanized joints of fabric conveyor belts.
It can be used as a core rubber substitute for the joints of steel cord conveyor belts or as a reinforcing adhesive layer for the joints of fabric conveyor belts, thereby effectively improving the flexibility, strength, and durability of the conveyor belt joint area.
This product needs to be used as a complete set to avoid negative reactions with different brands of glue, heating, and mixing!
Tips
1. The belt and steel wire belt are peeled off with a layered peeling hook and vice, and then the joint part is polished (four kinds of joint methods).
2. The hot vulcanizing solution is coated on the steel cord conveyor belt and the uncured tie gum, and the uncured cover gum joint part.
3. The uncured tie gum is laid on the surface of the wire rope, and the uncured cover gum is laid on the outer surface of the uncured tie gum and then pressed and vulcanized.
4. It is suggested that several knives should be cut on the uncured tie gum with a wallpaper knife before vulcanization to avoid its bulging.

Each conveyor system transports different materials, so the friction coefficient generated can not be determined. You can tell me your requirements and transport materials, and we will help you develop a solution.
2、How can I get some samples?
We will finish the samples within 3 days after you confirm our quotation and send us the sample fee. You can ask the courier company to pick up the samples from our company, or you can send us the collection account number of DHL, FedEx, or UPS, and we can send the samples to you through your account.
