Y shape skirting rubber

Y shape skirting rubber, which can double prevent the dust and materials overflow the belt in belt blanking part. It is made by both PU and NR, PU can better protect the belt surface because it is very smooth and also with good corrosion resistant function, NR with good flexible can provide a better long service life. It is very suitable for some rock, lump, mining and metal factories.

 

 

T/I shape skirting rubber

T/I shape skirting rubber adopts a straight PU plate combine a straight rubber plate to be closely attached to the side of the guide chute, and the bottom is in contact with the belt to prevent

Advantage

——The overall anti overflow skirt adopts the double sealing structure of straight plate and skirt, with excellent sealing effect.

——Straight plate: its function is to block large particle materials. At the bottom of the straight plate, the part in contact with the belt is "herringbone" polyurethane, which has large volume and longer wear time.

——Skirt head: it is used to prevent dust overflow and is the most severely worn part. By adding special formula high-pressure casting polyurethane, the service life of anti overflow skirt is greatly improved. After actual use on site, the service life of anti overflow skirt is ≥ 1 year when the belt speed is 7.5m /'s.

——The ear section of skirt adopts natural rubber with good elasticity. By the action of this elastic force, the skirt head exerts appropriate pressure on the belt to keep the skirt head close to the belt all the time, so as to ensure that the dust does not overflow.

——The inner side of the skirt head adopts unilateral arc transition. When the belt deviates, it will not hurt the head of the belt and skirt. When the belt returns to normal, the skirt head will automatically return to its original state.

——The overall material has good elasticity, low temperature resistance and no cracking.

——It has flame retardant and antistatic characteristics and is safer to use.

——The skirt at each side of the guide chute shall be made into a whole as required, which shall be the same length as the guide chute to prevent air leakage at the joint.

Installation instructions

1. The gripper is used together with angle aluminum, and two sets of grippers are used per meter.

2. The height of anti overflow skirt can be adjusted according to the actual size of guide chute.
